The six detached Craftsman style residences surround a central courtyard, with garages on the alley and altogether forms a self-managed association.

The Craftsman style and traditional bungalow court layout fits in both with the neighborhood and the New Urbanism lifestyle. It is simply a better use of land and resources.

The project was developed by the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corp, a 35 year old housing non-profit. It's also supported byt the St. Anthony West Neighborhood Organization.

Each healthy home has sunlight and fresh air entering from all four sides, with state of the art heating, venting and air conditioning systems.  All the units are Energy Star rated and contain natural and locally available materials.

1,240 sq. ft. of smartly designed space, plus an optional finished lower level. Six neighbors, living in a sustainable environment of native plantings and a raingarden. No long commutes, no elevators, no corridors to underground parking, and no noisy common walls or ceilings.
